MN Twins Payroll For 2013

I found a greatly detailed article for Twins fans to read through.  It makes a Twins fan wonder what the front office expectations are for this year and the following years with the pinched out payroll for 2013.  It makes me think they want to keep some room clear for the phenoms in the minors in the next few years...
